Waitlist privacy.

This notice describes the contact details this website collects when you join the Operator waitlist.

What we collect

We collect your email address, your optional hotel or group name, and the date you join. We use these details to manage the waitlist and contact you about Operator access.

Unfinished form entries stay temporarily in this tab’s browser storage so you can return to the form.

Where the details go

The waitlist stores your details in a private Cloudflare database. The website has no public contact list. The server limits form requests to reduce abuse.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider processes network information to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices

To ask about your details or request removal from the waitlist, email privacy@canarytechnologies.com. State that your request concerns the Operator waitlist.
